The MCAR-02 is a versatile carrier designed to be mounted on any flat surface. It supports up to two IOTA-R24 assemblies and includes the following components:
- Components of the MCAR-02:
- A Cable Carrier Assembly (CCA)
- A metal profile
- Two plastic cover plates
- A ground rail with 32 ground connection screws
- Two power rails with M5 holes for (+24V and 0V) connections
- Four mounting holes (for screws with a diameter less than 5.5 mm)
Installation Details:

Mounting the Carrier:
- The MCAR-02 can be mounted using the four provided mounting holes.

Coupling Power Rails:
- To connect the power rails of two MCAR-02 carriers, use two M5 screws to join the power rails of the top carrier to the bottom carrier through the 5 mm holes.

Mounting an IOTA-R24:
- An IOTA-R24 is secured to the MCAR-02 using ten ground screws and two power screws (for 24V and COM connections).
- Connect the 24V DC power to the MCAR-02 via the power rails using M5 screws.
For proper installation, ensure that the screws and connections are securely fastened, and verify the correct alignment and functionality of all components.
